The Westwoods brand name was acquired by The Ackerman Group at the beginning of August 2006 and Westwoods founder, Daryl Palmer, joined the board. Under the Westwoods banner, Daryl intends to further develop this already well known brand into one of the most innovative and comprehensive garden products ranges for both independent retail, multiple retail and mail order sectors.
